In-person refunds

Theatre tickets follow The Globe Theatre's refund and transfer policy. NZ consumer law applies.

Livestream refunds

Livestream tickets are non-refundable unless NZ consumer law requires it. Email us if something goes wrong.

Livestream quality

Stream quality depends on venue internet, the platform and your hardware. We do our best, we can't guarantee it.
